Payment & Cancellation Policy:
At the time of booking a pre-payment equal to 50% of the total reservation value applies. The remaining 50% is to be settled according to the below cancellation policy.
Low Season (19/05-10/06 & 13/09-30/09):
Modifications or cancellations without charges can be made up to 7 days prior to arrival. For modifications/cancellations which occur within 7 days prior to arrival, the total amount of the reservation is nonrefundable. No-Show fee: Deposit will be forfeited.
Middle Season (11-30/06 & 01/09-12/09):
Modifications or cancellations without charges can be made up to 14 days prior to arrival. For modifications/cancellations which occur within 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total reservation value will be charged to the card on file. For modifications/cancellations which occur within 7 days prior to arrival, the total amount of the reservation is non-refundable. NoShow/Early departure fee: The total amount of the reservation is non-refundable.
High Season (01/07-18/07 & 23/08-31/08):
Modifications or cancellations without charges can be made up to 21 days prior to arrival. For modifications/cancellations which occur within 21 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total reservation value will be charged to the card on file. For modifications/cancellations which occur within 7 days prior to arrival, the total amount of the reservation is non-refundable. NoShow/Early departure fee: The total amount of the reservation is non-refundable.
